The modern flavors of the Coco Palm prepared by Chef Felipe Castro and inspired by the classic traditions of the storied region of Iberia, while influenced by the various regions of the Caribbean and South America. The various menu options are carefully re-invented combining beef, pork, poultry and seafood, then enhanced only by using various exotic fruits, vegetables, herbs and seasonings. Each of our dishes are carefully pared with specially selected accompaniments which compliment the main entrees, however substitutions may be made. Many of the dishes are updated during the year, to reflect the seasonal changes of some ingredients.
