A classic version of Spain’s most popular dish. Saffron rice is slow-simmered with fresh fish, shellfish, Spanish chorizo, chicken, & pork.     A coastal favorite of Spain. Saffron rice is slow-simmered together with lobster, shrimp, clams, mussels, crab & seasonal fresh fish.
